Please know that at this point, purchases made with "ship to" locations may arrive at their destination post-Christmas. That said, we will do our very best to succeed in this regard, but cannot make any promises. Typically when your order ships, you will receive a USPS tracking number by email. Please follow up using that tracking number and call us if there seems to be any issue. We do know that there is a huge backlog at the Springfield, MA main Post Office as the staff is currently at an all time low. In addition, Friday, December 18th will be the final day for local free delivery. After today, all orders will need to be picked up in person at the TOY BOX. You can either come into the store and simply tell us your name at the front counter, or ... drive to the parking lot behind the store and call us to have someone bring your order to your car. Pop the trunk and we will place it in your car contact free. If there are extenuating circumstances that require local delivery, please call the store directly and we will do our very best to make arrangements.
